How to book your club camping space?

If your club would like to attend and you have a minimum of 10 cars, please Download a Club Booking Form.

Please only send through the booking form when your vehicle numbers are final. Payment required at the time of sending the booking form.

The majority of your cars should be VW. The deadline for Bug Jam Club Booking submissions is 5pm on 12th July.

Club Perks!

• Buy 10 Get 1 Free Offer – For every 10 tickets you buy in one transaction, you will get one free. The free ticket will be whatever the majority of your order is (i.e. weekend or day).
• Discounted booking fee of £6 per order when bulk booking tickets over the phone (usually £2 per ticket)
• FREE Early Arrival Access on Thursday 20th July between 2pm – 8pm (club vehicle pass must be displayed on arrival otherwise vehicles will be charged £30)
• Free delivery (usually £3 postage)
• An allocated club area for your members.
• Car Club vehicle hanger to gain entry to your club area. Sent at least two weeks before the event.
